Unusual visit, explore the landscaped park of the Bülhers brothers in the company of a costumed guide,
accompanied by skits and walks in period costume presented by the "Rideau Rouge" company.
Visit followed by a tasting of local products.

Show “In the dancing garden”
Sunday June 2 at 3:30 p.m., duration 1 hour 15minutes
Show “In the dancing garden” as part of the call for projects “Nouvelle Renaissances 2024”
The group of spectators is supported by an actress, who will stroll through the paths of the magnificent garden to meet different historical characters. They will discover untold stories and legends, sometimes telling, sometimes singing. The stroll will end with the garden ball, where there will be a small introduction to dance, such as a waltz or Berry dance. The group will be able to dance with the actresses and a drink (non-alcoholic) will be offered to close the ball.

Children's workshops at the castle
Saturday 1st and Sunday 2 between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
This manual activity workshop for children is full of ideas, everything is good in creation... Decorate, recycle and have fun...

Unusual visit “In the footsteps of a Servant”
Dramatic visit which will introduce you to the life of the castle through rooms unknown to the general public, reserved for servants. Come and share with us a friendly moment and exchanges in the company of costumed guides who will take you back to the beginning of the 20th century. This visit will end with a tasting of local products.

Electro-acoustic concert: “L’Air de l’Eau”
Several electro-acoustic musical events are planned in the park and gardens at 3 p.m and 9p.m. The three works that will be presented to you are the result of several weeks of work and collaboration between the Manufacture des Arts Numériques de Bourges, the Brenne Regional Natural Park, local schools, the municipal youth council of Azay- le-Ferron, and the Blanc music school.

Venez découvrir avec Caroline de la médiathèque d'Azay, nos jeux géants en bois géants. Animations pour petits et grands dans les jardins et le parc du château.

La nuit tombe au château, visite d'exception d'une heure trente, partez à la découverte de nouvelles pièces et lieux insolites, avec une ambiance lampe torche. Suivie d'une dégustation de produits locaux.

Artist'O Parc : Marché des artisans et créateurs, marché de producteurs et repas gourmands
Repas midi et soir avec nos producteurs, animés par la Compagnie Glob Trott...
Notre région regorge de trésors artisanaux et de délices locaux uniques. Laissez-vous envoûter par les créations artisanales, des poteries colorés aux bijoux exquis en passant par de magnifiques tableaux.
Les artisans vous invitent à observer leur travail, à poser des questions et à découvrir les techniques ancestrales transmises de génération en génération. Chaque pièce raconte une histoire et incarne le savoir-faire unique de ces artistes locaux.
De plus, ne manquez pas l'occasion de déguster des produits locaux d'exception. Des fromages artisanaux aux miels, en passant par des vins et des spiritueux unique, vous pourrez savourer des saveurs authentiques qui capturent l'essence même de la région.

- Animations enfants de 10h à 18h30, avec la compagnie théatrale " Le rideau rouge ". Venez tester vos connaissances sur la gastronomie et les spécialités françaises pour gagner des cadeaux.
- Animations déjantées avec le spectacle des soeurs "Waou" de la compagnie Glob'trott.
- Balades en rosalie dans le parc.
- Marché producteurs et repas gourmands à midi et le soir de 18h00 à 22h00 (accès gratuit aux jardins à partir de 17h), pour découvrir les saveurs de notre terroir.

Come discover the castle with a guide at dusk, but an influencer in search of scoop and gossip who has slipped into your group will seriously shake up your visit... followed by a tasting of local products.

Great Napoleonic Festival
From 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.: presentation of the “Bourges 19th century” group: dances from 1850-1914 in period costume and initiation for visitors.
At 3:00 pm : Demonstration of cavalry movements, head and ring race with saber and black powder, saber combat (45 min sketches).
At 4:00 pm : Skirmish between riders and fanfare (45 mins)

The European Heritage Days 4st edition
The European Heritage Days are a good opportunity to visit the castle and park of Azay-le-Ferron. Come and discover or rediscover the sumptuously furnished rooms at a very low price.
Classic guided tour of the castle. Our tours are only on french language, but you can have a transcription of the tour in seven differents languages just by just asking for them at the reception.
Park and gardens free all day (free).
Unusual visit "Intrigues at the castle", Sunday 22 September, at 6:00 pm. Theatrical visit on the ugly little secrets of the castle, followed by a tasting of local products. Duration: 1 hour approx. Reservation at 02.54.39.20.06.
